Columbus Tap is located inside the AAA Four-Diamond Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park and offers guests a modern gastropub experience in the heart of Chicago.
Columbus Tap's interior is designed by San-Francisco-based firm, Puccini Group, and reflects the hip sensibilities of the surrounding area while paying tribute to Chicago's rich and storied past. Large windows allow for an open and airy atmosphere with modern framework inspired by mid-19th century architectural elements. Sofette lounge-style leather seating and a large communal table encourage a convivial and casual ambiance surrounded by distressed brick walls and modern saloon-style brass chandeliers.
Vibrant and inviting, the large central bar of cerused oak is complemented by custom ceramic floor tiling and a floor-to-ceiling wood beer keg display. Custom art is featured in the space including a branded wall graphic inspired by vintage, hand-painted advertisements.

Executive Sous Chef
Garant is a five-year veteran of the Fairmont brand and has conceptualized a menu focused around locality and seasonality, created to pair perfectly with the restaurant’s extensive beer selection. Originally from British Columbia, Garant discovered his passion for cooking in grade school and went on to graduate with honors from Vancouver Island University with a culinary degree.

St Patty's at the Tap
Act One: Tradition - Chef Atticus, inspired by traditional St. Patrick's Day cuisine, has elevated the profile of this Corned Beef Plate with garlic whipped potatoes, sneaky cabbage and an apple cider demi. Available March 17.
Act Two: Reality - Chef Sean pitched in with his interpretation of St. Patty's Day, the Seven Day Hangover. Housemade corned beef sandwich, smoked red cabbage, egg sunny side up, special sauce and, of course, pickles. Available March 18-25.
